**Job Descriptions**:
- Manage communication and build good relations with media, KOL and third party agencies for joint collaboration on campaigns.
- Research and identify KOL across various digital platforms to build a strong brand experience.
- Reach out and build a KOL network for various product categories on social media.
- Implement engagement campaigns by coordinating with KOL regarding their requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with other team members to initiate and execute product promotion campaigns.
- Negotiate fees for KOL services appropriately ensuring mutually beneficial deals.
- Provides accurate time estimates for KOL marketing campaigns.
- Create and explain a complete brief on KOL.
- Engage in ideation for marketing campaigns while acquiring and managing KOLs or influencers.
- Select, handle, organize meetings, and alert each account executive to run marketing campaigns.
- Analyze and monitor KOL performance. - Handle KOL Across all platform (Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube)
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree at Marketing/Business Management/Communication/Marketing Communication
- Strong Concepting and planning skills
- Data Reporting Skills
- Well Known about end-to-end KOL Process
- Excellent communication skill
- Creative thinker
- Good negotiation skill
- Good Leadership
