- Collect, organize, and analyze data and statistics related to TikTok alliance cooperation to evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide improvement recommendations
- Stay informed about trends and market dynamics on the TikTok platform, drive innovation and improvements to enhance the competitiveness and effectiveness of alliance projects
- Prepare and submit regular and project-specific reports, providing progress updates and achievements of alliance projects to superiors
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field (Skincare Industry)
- Experience in marketing, alliance cooperation, brand promotion, or public relations, with preference given to those with experience in TikTok or other social media platform collaborations minimum 1 years experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively communicating with individuals from diverse backgrounds and hierarchical levels
- Proficient in using data analysis tools and techniques, capable of interpreting and utilizing data to optimize marketing strategies and campaigns
- Strong team spirit, able to collaborate with different departments and team members to achieve common goals
- Sensitivity to emerging social media platforms and digital marketing trends, fostering innovative ideas and improvements to enhance the effectiveness of alliance projects
