**About The Role**
The KOL Specialist plays a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and collaborating with influential individuals in the industry to promote the brand, amplify brand awareness, and enhance product visibility. This role demands a deep understanding of social media dynamics and the ability to forge meaningful relationships with KOLs.
- Identify and assess potential KOLs and align them with the Tentang Anak values and target audience.
- Develop and execute strategies to recruit and onboard KOLs as brand ambassadors.
- Proficient in using various social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc., with a deep understanding of their functionalities and algorithms.
- Collaborate with KOLs to create engaging and authentic content that showcases the Tentang Anak products and values.
- Plan and execute joint campaigns, giveaways, and product launches with KOLs.
- Ensure that KOLs have the necessary information and materials for creating high-quality content.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with KOLs, outlining terms, deliverables, and compensation.
- Track and analyze the performance of KOL collaborations using relevant metrics.
- Provide regular reports on the impact of KOL campaigns and initiatives.
**Requirements**:
- Having 1+ year of experience in the related field.
- In-depth knowledge of Tentang Anak and/or beauty, healthcare, and skincare industry.
- Having an experience in the baby, children & moms industry will be a plus point.
- Strong network and relationships within the community, including influencers.
- Familiarity with social media platforms trends and algorithms.
- Experience using influencer marketing platforms and tools.
- The ability to develop innovative KOL strategies.
- Strong analytical skills for assessing campaign performance and making data-driven decisions.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
