The good response from the public every year has made this company grow rapidly with sales reaching all islands in Indonesia.**Job Summary**:**Main Objective**: Quantity and QualityHave the ability to handle affiliates for e-commerceResearch and identify KOL across multiple digital platforms or Special nicheAlways updated about developments in other brands, trending content, and campaignsImplement the KOL engagement campaign by liaising and coordinating with KOL in their requirements, timeline, and deliverablesCreate and Implement a KOL Campaign based on the team's goal and purpose**Requirements**:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.Minimum 1 year or having internship experience in the same field.Have a passion for the Personal Care industry.Good at identifying trends in social media platforms, especially IG and TikTok.Good project management and execution skills.Good negotiation skills and interpersonal relations.Willing to WFO from Tangerang Regency.
