PAST EXPERIENCE IN TIKTOK CREATIVE AGENCY IS A MUST

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee end-to-end management of campaigns, from initial listing to reporting.
- Coordinate with the KOL to ensure efficient distribution of job requests.
- Manage and supervise all aspects of campaigns to ensure successful execution.
- Collaborate with the internal Media Team to address media-related needs and requirements.
- Ensure seamless coordination between different teams involved in the campaign process.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of campaign goals and objectives.
- Foster strong relationships with key opinion leaders to enhance collaboration and campaign effectiveness.
- Manage Live quality

**Requirements**:

- Handling campaign online/offline end to end
- Experience in Affiliate in Shopee & TikTok
- 1.5+ years of related experience as Senior KOL
- Team management to distribute job request fairly
- KOL managing experience
- KOL Strategy to maximalize the campaign
- Expertise in identifying and managing KOL and creating innovative marketing campaigns
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment
- Ability to work autonomously and lead a team
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
