**Position overview**:
If you are an individual who thrives on making an impact and wants to be a part of a winning team, we would like to hear from you!
**Responsibilities**:
- Evaluate the paint on labcook modification samples.
- Conduct paint evaluation for customer complaints about product quality.
- Support the R&D Chemist with the labcooking of production problems and improvements.
- Conduct paint evaluation of the competitor's product.
- Evaluate the composite product of existing resins and competitor resins.
- Calibrate instruments and apparatus used in composites and paint testing, or request lab equipment from external party.
- Maintain paint evaluation consistency and make report on the findings of the paint evaluation tests.
- Responsible for preparing new product development compatibility data for technical data.
- Prepare and update the working procedures to comply with ISO certifications.
- In responsible of the R&D lab's SHE implementation.
**Required skills and experience**:
- 1 year of experience in chemical companies or related field.
- Experience or familiarity working in a laboratory or similar environment.
- Knowledge of laboratory safety measures.
- Good command of English.
- Sound understanding on the implementation of QMS ISO 9001 & ISO 14001.
- Proven track record maintaining technical equipment.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to laypersons.
- Attention to detail.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
