**Job Description**:
Join our Rollout Team within the Digital Labs project as a Laboratory Configuration Analyst. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in configuring and establishing our new Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and providing vital support during their deployment.
This position holds significant importance within our Digital Labs project, which aims to deploy LIMS across a global network of 400 laboratories serving various lines of business. Your responsibilities will include:
**More specifically, you will**:
- Enforcing and maintaining standardized global LIMS configurations.
- Establishing and upholding governance for global system settings, encompassing core tests, regulatory limits, pricing structures, quality control parameters, and associated reference data.
- Serving as the representative for the LIMS stream in meetings and collaborative working groups.
- Compiling, summarizing, and documenting additional business requirements when existing LIMS capabilities fall short.
- Facilitating the resolution of LIMS-related issues within technical teams.

**Qualifications**:
- A degree in a Science or IT-related field.
- Proven experience in IT solution deployments.
- Familiarity with laboratory processes, including an understanding of LIMS workflows, quality control procedures, and the ability to translate laboratory requirements into LIMS processes.
- Knowledge of LIMS systems such as STARLIMS, CCLAS, LabVantage, or similar platforms would be highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is considered a plus.
- Availability for occasional travel to different operational sites, accounting for at least 10% of your time.
