Department Operations- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationIndonesia - JakartaThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Responsible for leading the team to meet KPI targets
- Responsible for managing the Land Freight third-party logistics (3PL) partner relationships including the onboarding process and on-going account Management
- Responsible for managing relationship with 3PL after acquisition including supporting the onboarding and incubation process for these Land Freight 3PLs
- Provide insights to stakeholders regarding vendor performance development strategy
- Provide insights from 3PLs perspective, including understanding products, market and competitor dynamics
- Daily meeting (Hypercare) with vendors for monitor Journey of Land Freight
- Monthly meeting with vendor Land for review performance vendor
- Coordinating with vendor management, control tower, middle mile operation from all regions.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's in Industry Engineering / Logistic/ Supply Chain or any related field - Proposed
- At least 3-5 years experience in Express / Logistics company/ Supply Chain Management as Business Intelligence / Performance Management / Control Tower/ Vendor Management
- Hard Skills: Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc), SQL, Python, Visual Basic, Power BI is a plus
- Good data analytical skills and problem solving
- Understand end to end operation transport delivery
- Comfortable working with large data sets and numbers
