Landscape Manager

A Landscape Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of outdoor spaces, such as gardens, parks, commercial landscapes, and residential landscapes. They play a crucial role in ensuring that these outdoor areas are aesthetically pleasing, functional, and environmentally sustainable.

**Qualifications**:
1. A bachelor's degree in landscape architecture, horticulture, environmental science, or a related field is typically required.

2. 5 years of practical experience in landscape design, construction, and maintenance.

3. Proficiency in using computer-aided design (CAD) software, landscape design software, and knowledge of various horticultural and landscaping tools and equipment.

4. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

5. An in-depth understanding of plant species, horticultural practices, soil science, and pest management is critical.

6. Awareness of environmental regulations and sustainable landscaping practices, including water conservation and ecological considerations.

7. Budgeting and Financial Skills

1. Develop and oversee landscape plans, ensuring they meet aesthetic, functional, and environmental goals. This may involve creating detailed blueprints and selecting appropriate plant species.

2. Coordinate and manage the execution of landscaping projects, including overseeing contractors, laborers, and equipment.

3. Prepare and manage budgets for landscaping projects, ensuring that costs are controlled and resources are used efficiently.

4. Select and maintain appropriate plant materials, taking into account climate, soil conditions, and sustainability principles. This includes managing irrigation systems.

5. Ensure that landscaping projects comply with local environmental regulations and implement sustainable practices.

6. Supervise and lead a team of landscapers, gardeners, and other staff members, providing guidance and training as necessary.

7. Maintain communication with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing updates and addressing concerns.

8. Monitor the quality of landscaping work to ensure it meets established standards and is consistent with design plans.

9. Ensure that all landscaping activities are carried out safely, following industry safety standards and regulations.

10. Keep detailed records of projects, budgets, plant care, and maintenance schedules.

11. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in landscaping and horticulture through professional development and education.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: Rp7,500,000 - Rp8,500,000 per month
