Lead 3D Environment Modeler

Create and set up set and environments as required
- Breakdown tasks, track and supervise team members
- Intepret concepts and help team members to produce 3D models
- Tweak, research and implement feedback from client and superiors
- Provide and maintain technical documentation
- Manage and coach more junior members of the team
- Solve technical problems with team members
- Minimum of 4 years experience in animator production
- Profiency in Blender 3D or other modelling softwares
- Strong sense of composition, lighting and color theory
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to find pragmatic solutions
- Effective communication skills
