We consider applicants from all auditing disciplines. However we are particularly interested in auditors with experience in one or more of the following standards: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP and ISO 22716.
General responsibilities:
- Agree with clients on scheduling of audits and surveillance visits and make sure that these are successfully conducted, as per audit plan, within the agreed mandays, expenses and cost rates.
- Plan, prepare and manage all aspects of client audits when assigned either as Audit Team Leader or as part of an audit team.
- Ensure detailed audit reports and supporting documents are prepared and submitted to management in a timely manner. Follow-up the closing of any corrective actions where necessary and provide certification recommendation.
- Responsible for client account management and retention and identifying commercial opportunities to pass on to the sales team. Develop and manage relationship with clients.
- Assimilate, understand and operate the TQCSI Indonesia's rules, procedures and policies in all activities relevant to the position.
- Maintain and develop own technical competencies and skills for audit activities.
General requirements:
- Bachelor / university degree (S1) in related field.
- Completed Lead Auditor / Auditor Course training certified by IRCA, RABQSA or other similar auditor certification bodies.
- Registered as Lead Auditor or Auditor with IRCA, RABQSA or other similar auditor certification bodies is highly preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in management systems, processes and practices across a range of industries.
- Have good knowledge of accreditation requirements and the structure of accredited certification.
- Have the ability to maintain & develop relationships. Demonstrate a strong client focus and the ability to see things from a local & global perspective. Capable of engaging with higher level management in organization.
- Have a high level of attention to detail, meticulous but pragmatic processes. Service and results oriented.
- Be interested in people, be a good listener, be diplomatic, be assertive.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Good communication and presentation skill.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
