Lead Designer

Proceed since site survey, design concept, design development, project supervision until project handover

Create lay out and 3D drawing

Lead the project and coordinate with other dicipline consultant such as ME and PM

Checking construction drawing, BoQ and all make sure all things in drawing is stated at BoQ.
Attend aanwijzing tender
Understanding of design phases started from design strategy, concept, design documentation, tender process until project hand over

2D + 3D software related to design works

Able to work under pressure as a team and individually

Good communication in English, both oral and written

Good attitude and communication skil

Good leadership

Creative, and able to create high level design concept

Excellent skill in high level presentation

Research and develop new workplace design

Good project management skill min of 7 years experience as a workplace designer and have experience as lead designer in big scale projects.
