Prospecting: Research and identify potential customers through various channels and develop outreach messaging.
- Proactively research and seek new business opportunities in the market
- Discovering new leads through internet research using tools such as LinkedIn Navigator, Outreach.io, Educational communities, and other services and sources.
Lead Management: Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for Alliance Business through a mix of inbound and outbound strategies
- Develop and improve our lead generation strategy and run a continuous cycle of ideating and testing new things to improve our qualified leads and sales numbers
- Develop a strong understanding of EduCLaaS' product so that you can handle objections and speak on the impact EduCLaaS can have on our customers
Deal Support: Give support to the Alliance Business team after the lead is qualified
- Set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and Alliance Business
- Update all information in our CRM and perform constant follow-ups of customers
- Reporting: Report regularly on qualified leads and sales results
- Consistently report and achieve a monthly quota of qualified opportunities
- Provide constructive feedback on how to improve effectiveness and efficiency within your role to the Leadership Team
Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales strategies to continuously improve your and the team's performance.

- Zero reluctance to pick up the phone - Cold-calling is a huge part of the job, it doesn't matter if you've not done much cold-calling at your current place, as long as you're willing to pick up the phone, we can work on that together. If you're looking for a role where you do not have to cold call, this opportunity would not make you happy.
