We encourage every individual to proactively suggest creative ways to find solutions when faced with problems and engage with other team members to influence each other to make things happen.**Job Title**:Lead Generator**Job Type**: Permanent, Full Time**Start Date**:ASAP**Reports To**:Senior Lead Generator**Role Profile and Purpose**:Supporting sales team in delivering best-in-class service to leads.**Goals/Deliverables**:- Communicating with potential customers and addressing their inquiries through various channels such as Facebook, Whatsapp, and Property Guru.- Responding promptly to lead inquiries and nurturing leads in a positive and helpful manner.- Converting inquiries to room viewings by using Cove's sales pitch process.- Keeping records of customer feedback and proactively informing the team of any improvements or suggestions that can be made.- Communicating and coordinating with the sales team to provide customer notes such as room criteria.- Managing tenant inquiries and relaying requests or issues to the right point of contact.- Provide a positive tenant experience on communication channels.**Experience and Qualifications Required**:- Bachelor's / Associate Degree in Tourism & Hospitality is preferred- A minimum of 1-2 years of working experience in sales/handling customer support- Ability to manage and deliver client's needs and demands- Good business acumen- Strong communication skills- Detail-oriented and creative problem solver- Willing to work in shift (Off days on weekdays)
