*Lead Generator - Job Description**The job description is mainly about generating new leads from outbound telemarketing or inbound telemarketing and pre-qualifying them for sales.****Responsibilities**:Conduct lead generation, prospecting and qualifying potential new clientsResearch companies to create strategic communication plansKnowledge of LinkedIn and other sourcing platformsShadow and partner with Member Success Managers with a goal of supporting their monthly and annual revenue targetsInteract with other sales, marketing, and project delivery staff to collaboratively determine customer needsRespond to requests from customers as needed in a courteous and professional manner****Requirements**:At least 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar rolePrevious background in cold calling, lead generation, telemarketing, or telesalesProficient in MS Office and Google appsExperience in using any CRMAbility to adapt to new tools and softwareHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailsAbility to think on your feetAbility to articulate a value proposition and get to the decision-makerExcellent communication skills both verbal and written.**Salary- $7 per hourTraining Pay - $3.5 per hour***Job Type**: Part-time**Salary**: Rp10,065,498 - Rp11,503,427 per hour**Experience**:- CRM: 1 year (required)- Lead Generator or similar role: 1 year (required)**Language**:- English (required)
