Lead Generator - Mandarin Speaking

Our company is a global recruitment service provider. We are currently seeking for a Mandarin speaking new lead developer to come onboard with the objective of identifying and securing clients in need of our HR and recruitment services.**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:- Carry out research online and identify new clients in need of our service.- Provide basic level replys to prospects and pass on the leads to senior account managers.**Essential Requirements**:- **Must be fluent in Chinese Mandarin**:- both in speaking and reading.- Previous experience in a lead generation or business development related role - although this is not a sales position, ideally some remote based sales or recruitment background will be highly beneficial.- Out-going personality and is able to build rapport quickly with new contacts.- Resilient and is not afraid of overcoming rejections.- Computer literate and have your own PC/Laptop.**What we would offer you in return**:- Complete training and full guidance to perform the tasks.- Work from home arrangement - and further flexible hours once you can demonstrate a consistent output of results.- Performance related bonus and incentives.- Exposures to work with a wide selection of multi national companies across many different industries.**Salary**: Rp4,000,000 - Rp6,000,000 per monthApplication Question(s):- Are you comfortable working in a remote based role?- How soon could you start if offered?**Language**:- fluent Chinese Mandarin (required)
