- At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
(preferably having experience in Outsource or Head Hunter company)
- Deep understanding of system and regulation of labor legislation (UU Ketenagakerjaan, UUCK) and BPJS employment & healthcare (BPJS ketenagakerjaan & kesehatan).
- Evaluating Company Regulation and Company Policy
- Drafting or Reviewing Work Agreement
- Settlement Industrial Relations Process and Negotiation Process in Termination Employee
- Multitasking and able to work with monthly target.
- Having experience to handling BPJS, Legal, HR operation
