As a system/business analyst, your band of adventurers rely on you to identify and analyse our clients' requirements and then build them in the form of magnificent IT solutions. It is in no way an easy task, but it is key to accomplishing missions.
**Responsibilities**:
- Team Leadership: As an Associate Lead Technology Consultant you will take a leadership role in driving business analysis activities within a project or product. You will be responsible for managing a team of business analysts, providing guidance and direction, and ensuring the successful delivery of project objectives.
- Requirement Gathering and Analysis: You will lead the process of gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements from clients and stakeholders for big group.
- Stakeholder Management: You will engage with stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and project teams, to understand their needs and expectations. You will establish strong relationships, manage their expectations, and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Solution Design and Documentation: You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as developers, architects, and designers, to define solution designs based on the gathered requirements. You will oversee the documentation of functional specifications, user stories, system workflows, and data models.
- Process Improvement: As an Associate Lead Technology Consultant, you will identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization. You will analyze existing business processes, identify areas for enhancement, and propose innovative solutions to drive efficiency and productivity.
- Risk Management: You will assess and manage risks associated with business analysis activities. This includes evaluating the impact of changes on requirements, processes, and systems, and implementing risk mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Quality Assurance: You will validate deliverable from the BA team and ensure the developed solutions meet the specified criteria.
- Team Development and Mentoring: You will provide mentorship and guidance to junior business analysts, supporting their professional development and helping them enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Business Development: You may contribute to business development activities, including identifying new opportunities, participating in proposal development, and showcasing Xtremax's capabilities to potential clients.
**Requirements**:
- Min Bachelor Degree from a reputable university in a relevant field (Information and Technology)
- Have at least 1 year experience as a team leader of small teams (4-6 Pax)
- Have good adaptability and learning skills
- Have strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Have strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Have English proficiency
