Role Summary:
Coordinates and administers a variety of programs and activities covering multiple HR activities.
**Responsibilities**:
You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:
- Identify learning and development needs within an organisation through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments. - Design and expand learning and development programmes based on the needs of the organisation and the individual. - Consider the costs of planned programmes and keep within budgets. - Plan and assess the 'return on investment' of any learning or development programme. - Develop effective induction programmes for new staff, apprentices and graduate trainees. - Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers. - Produce learning materials for in-house courses. - Create and/or deliver a range of e-learning packages. - Manage the delivery of learning and development programmes. - Ensure that statutory learning requirements are met. - Evaluate learning and development programmes. - Amend and revise programmes as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment. - Help line managers and trainers solve specific learning problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups. - Keep up to date with developments in learning by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending relevant courses. - Research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and present this research.
**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications: - A degree in the related job field. - Those with 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential. - Willing to relocate to the job location.
