Lead Mixologist

Responsibilities:- Develop and curate a menu of signature matcha drinks, lattes, and other creative concoctions.- Experiment with different matcha grades, milks, sweeteners, and flavorings to create unique taste profiles.- Stay informed about matcha trends and incorporate them into the menu.- Prepare high-quality matcha drinks using proper whisking techniques and equipment.- Ensure consistent taste and presentation across all matcha beverages.- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.- Train and mentor staff on matcha preparation techniques, menu knowledge, and customer service specific to matcha drinks.- Oversee the matcha bar operations, ensuring efficiency and quality.- Maintain inventory control for matcha and related supplies.- Provide exceptional customer service, educating guests about matcha and recommending drinks based on their preferences.- Be enthusiastic and knowledgeable about matcha and its health benefits.- Participating in menu development for other beverages.- Contributing to recipe creation for food items that pair well with matcha drinks.Qualifications:- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a barista or mixologist.- In-depth knowledge of matcha, including different grades, brewing methods, and flavor profiles.- Proven ability to create innovative and delicious matcha drinks.- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating memorable experiences.- Strong leadership and training capabilities.- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.*If you are a passionate matcha enthusiast with a knack for crafting delicious beverages, then the Lead Matcha Mixologist role could be the perfect fit for you!***Salary**: Rp6,000,000 - Rp10,000,000 per month
