Understand and oversee the QA, Process & Product Quality Assurance processes within the company based on CMMI standards.
Implement and improve process quality methodologies, with a strong focus on Six Sigma principles.
Lead and mentor the QA team to ensure adherence to quality standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop and maintain documentation related to QA processes and standards compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to monitor process adherence and identify opportunities for optimization.
Provide leadership in resolving quality-related issues and driving root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
Actively participate in meetings, presentations, and discussions in English to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Computer Science, or Quality Management.
In-depth understanding and experience with QA processes, particularly within the framework of CMMI standards.
Proficiency in Six Sigma methodologies, with a proven track record of implementing quality improvement projects.
Strong command of the English language, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with international stakeholders.
Extensive experience in obtaining and maintaining CMMI certifications, preferably at Level 5.
Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards achieving quality objectives.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Proven track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives and delivering results.
Certification in Six Sigma (e.g., Green Belt, Black Belt) would be advantageous.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.
Having a strong understanding of ISO 27001 would be considered a valuable asset
