Lead Product Designer

Join us to empower more businesses with technology.**Key Responsibilities**:- Lead the UI/UX Designer under one product vertical to ensure the program's monitoring and delivery are properly managed.- Partner closely with cross-functional members to define and evaluate user needs, opportunity space, and product requirements.- Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems.- Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design to enhance user experience.- Producing and delivering detailed and compelling design proposals with high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.- Ensure product excellence throughout the product development and implementation process.**Requirements**:- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience within UI, UX, applied research setting, and/or product research and development. Preferably in fintech, B2B, or related industry.- Experience in leading teams and working with early-stage efforts, dealing with ambiguity, and driving projects forward.- Experience in visual design (UI design, working with/extending a Design System, visualizations).- Strong collaboration skills with other Product Designers, Product Managers, Engineering, and Customer Support.- Excellent strategic and critical thinking mindset.- Knowledge of design and innovation processes.**Working arrangement: Hybrid.****Office location: Sudirman, Jakarta, Indonesia.
