Get to Know the Role Reporting to the Head of Product for Scaled Ops, you will lead efforts to build and enhance an integrated suite of internal tools designed to scale operations via automation, advanced diagnostics and comprehensive insights into marketplace health, competitive landscape, and performance metrics for merchants and driver partners. You will be based onsite in Grab Jakarta office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform Lead a team in building a data foundation and creating necessary data visualization and insights tools to empower users to run the businesses.Collaborate with engineers, designers and other stakeholders to define a cohesive strategy, maintain a prioritized product backlog, and deliver delightful and impactful user experiences.Balance qualitative sense-making with quantitative, data-driven insights; ensure all decisions are grounded in analysis and practical understanding.Explain complex technical concepts and product strategies to varied audiences.Define success metrics and measure the impact of your work to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
