We are looking for Lead Production Unit based in Across Java Area.
YOUR 'DAY TO DAY'
Main responsibility:
- Support Manager Production & Quality and Manager Regional TPO in developing the Hand rolled Production Planning, coordinate and monitors the implementation of activity aligned with 90 days plan and hand-rolled focus area
- Coordinate resources utilization (manpower, merge production unit, materials, tools and energy) for production line to optimize the resources and smooth operations in line with budget (SVC and FME)
- Manage & analyze production line performances (KPI) and coordinate improvement action to achieve agreed performance target with 100% employee ownership and zero loss mindset
- Supervise, controls, and implement quality management system in all production unit
- Monitor quality inspection activities to ensure compliance with semi-finished/finished product specifications
- Actively participate in creating risk elimination and sustainable health program
- Focus on elimination Quality Losses through Process Capability Improvement
- Identify and take actions required in developing competencies in line with current job requirements, future career aspirations and company needs to build diverse organization and people readiness for growth
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree in any major
- At least 3 years' experience working in tobacco industry
- Fluent in written and in speaking in English
- Having strong computer literature, SAP, Good in Industrial relations & Labor Law, Excise Overview, Production and Inventory Management System, Quality and EHS Management System
- Good in communication, people oriented and having strong analytical thinking
