\n What You Will Do Be responsible for the overall solution architecture of the products/services that you will be working onCode, Design, prototype, perform reviews and consult in the process of building highly scalable, reliable, and fault-tolerant systemsAs our senior technologist continuously refactor applications and architectures to maintain high-quality levels, be actively involved in formulating product roadmap and defining the OKRs of the teamContinue to stay abreast of the latest technologies in distributed systems, caching and research new technologies, tools that enable building the next generation systemsAct as an engineer that enjoys writing readable, concise, reusable, extensible code every dayDiscuss, articulate requirements with product management and scope, execute the feature road mapParticipate in team's hiring process by being a panelist in interviews What You Will Need At least 7 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying large scale applications, microservices in any language or stack (preferably golang)At least 1 year of experience in leading a team of engineersGood skill in design, development, testing and deploying applications on Golang or Erlang or Ruby or Java large-scale applicationsHas an in-depth understanding of at least one programming language and frameworkExcellent attitude and passion working in a team with willingness to learnAble to collaborate well with multiple stakeholders in parallel to align & unblock the teamExperience in building low latency, high volume REST API requests handlingExperience in working with relational databases (like postgres)Experience in working in distributed caches like RedisAbility to scope, review and refine user stories for technical completeness and to alleviate dependency risksAbility to Get Stuff Done!
