Job Responsibility Lead Warehouse: Job Description: Planning, organizing and controlling warehousing activities. Supervise and monitor the performance of workers. Manpower planning and deployment to ensure smooth warehouse activities. Create procedures such as Standard of Operations to meet objectives. Oversee documents recording and data entry into system. To investigate and solve customer's complaints or non-conformities. Assist in running an efficient warehouse operation which can fulfil operational and customer demand and meet set targets. Ensure stock movements are recorded accurately. Support organizing and participate in stock takes at regular intervals. Identify any systems improvements and make recommendations for Where possible. Produce regular reports and statistics as and when required. Ensure that vehicles, machinery and equipment is well maintained and fit for purpose · Maintain high standards of security in the warehouse.
Ensure staff comply to health, safely and environmental regulations and work safely to protect themselves and others in the warehouse environment. Ensure a clean and tidy working environment to aid operational efficiency. Liaise with customers, suppliers and transport companies as needed. Good communication and interpersonal skills Good understanding of customer deliverables and the impact of failure / cost of poor quality A good working knowledge of health and safety and security requirements Requirements: Diploma in Logistics Management / Supply Chain Management and or above. At least 5 years of working experience in the related field. Possess managerial experience in warehousing.
