Develop and provide training and support to leaders and members in Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and Timor-Leste in regard to temporal affairs matters
- Be the key point of contact for leaders when facing any administrative challenges
- Investigate and solve problems, which may be complex or long-standing
- Proactively contact leaders on a regular basis to understand and solve their concerns
- Present all aspects of member experience with temporal affairs in a timely manner
- Identify opportunities to improve service levels and coordinate with relevant departments to implement change
- Understand and communicate about the Church's products or services to end users
- Be a customer service champion and a role model for the country office staff
- Help create collaborative culture and build team unity in the country offices
- Bachelor's degree in Customer Service, Relationship Management, Hospitality Management, Business Management, Human Resources Management, etc. and having at least 8 years' professional work experience
- Fluent in written and spoken in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven track record of successful presentation creation with attention to detail, in-person and online training delivery
- Intellectually curious, strong work ethics, accountability to deadlines, and highly responsible to commitments
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service and organizational skills
- Excellent analytical thinking skills, problem-solving skills, adaptable, flexible in a changing environment
- Experience navigating CRM tools is a plus
