Japanect is currently looking for a Leader Production Engineering that will be placed in an Automotive Manunfacturing Company in Cikarang with details below.

**Requirements**:
·Male, age 28 - 35 years old
·Education min. D3/S1 Electrical Engineering
·Able to speak Japanese min. JLPT N3
·Experience as a Leader Production Engineer min. 3 years
·Able to troubleshoot stamping press/plastic injection machine
·Understand TPM and industrial electric (PLC, pneumatic, electric tower AC, etc.
·Understand industry utilities (chiller, compressor, trafo, genset, water treatment)
·Have a good leadership skill

**Job Description**:
·Organize daily job of PE team in the field
·Recap daily reports based on the results of work
·Perform weekly control of the stock of machine spare parts needed
·Problem solving and troubleshooting of mechanical or electrical in the field
·Ensure no error process or fatal machine trouble shooting in the field
·Create professional skills of the PE team

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: Rp6,400,000 - Rp7,800,000 per month
