**Job Descriptions**:

- Design succession plans and contingency frameworks for business critical roles.
- Review workforce planning data to feed into your talent strategy.
- Support the evaluation process of talent programmes.
- Analyze talent data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct administrative matters.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Psychology major.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in Talent Management, or related field.
- Strong administrative and analytical skill.
- Willing to be placed in BSD City.
