**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- In charge of the end-to-end leads generation, including to prospect leads, identify prospects, proceed, and set up appointments with the Sales team of the client.
- Collaboratively work with the Strategic Acquisition and Marketing team to develop lead generation strategies in generating opportunities with prospective clients.
- Initiate lead or demand generation strategies that include inbound and/or outbound acquisition initiatives and marketing campaigns.
- Initiate and participate in new business pitches with the Strategic Acquisition team and maintain contact with the prospected leads.
- Ensure consistent, concise, and accurate communication flow with internal and external stakeholders.
- Effectively communicate SIRCLO's product solution and value proposition to potential clients.
- Provide consistent, concise, accurate, and timely weekly or monthly lead generation activity reports to the Management.
- Solve technical integration issues by liaising with relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing proposals and contracts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with leads.- Achieve targeted sales lead generation and quota.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years of Sales or Telemarketing experience, preferably in a Sales team within the technology industry.
- Experienced in lead generation and marketing automation softwares, such asSalesforce and HubSpot, is highly preferred.
- Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.- Experienced selling IT integrated and SaaS solutions.Possess high initiative and able to independently develop new prospects in a competitive environment.
- Show a proven track record in achieving targeted sales lead generation and quota with an ability to implement structured selling methods.
- Able to multitask daily projects at a time.
- A self-starter with strong time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Able to work independently or in a team.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to the technology industry by staying current with new regulations, updates on the company's solutions, and other relevant trends.
