Learning Delivery : Lingojunior (Psychology)

Analyse the LingoJunior product and bring support to improvement by monitoring and guiding the team.
- Create a fun atmosphere within the team, encourage creativity and organize team building events.
- Bring new ideas and create specific products that could suit children's demand.
- Generating reports to colleagues or upper level managers.
- Superevise the constant and productive communication within the management team and help Learning and Development to build good relation with other divisions.
**Requirements**:

- Background in psychology specialized in educational psychology.
Teaching experience is a plus
- Comfortable with a computer and office software
- Open Minded, Patient, Communicative, Creative, Take initiatives.
Artistic thinking is a plus.
