In P&C (People & Culture - our HR function), we have a huge part to play, defining and shaping our new customer focused culture, organizing functions to work more effectively together, and attracting the best talent with new types of skills to join us.We are currently seeking talented, business-savvy professionals to join People & Culture team as Learning Deployment Specialist who will be based in Jakarta.As Learning Deployment Specialist, your main objective is providing data analytics of learning development to get insight to be used in preparing the Learning Need Analysis and develop data-driven learning solutions & culture interventions and produce reports for Management team, including the analysis to propose the improvement solution for all learning program and learning eco-system in optimizing the learning solution (short term and long term).YOUR 'DAY TO DAY'- Execute data collection, provide the analysis to propose the improvement solution for all learning program and learning eco-system in optimizing the learning solution (short term and long term).- Collaborate with respective stakeholders (Internal & external) to maintain, monitoring and develop relevant, effective and efficient learning solutions (program, platform, and eco-system).- Plan and execute the program deployment plan include the channel strategy to be used and ensure continuous improvement to have the effective and efficient learning deployment plan to accelerate talent development that included but not limited to all relevant learning program portfolio (local custom and global company Framework).- Keep up to date with external learning trends; new learning methodology and digital technology, new methodology to deliver learning, Learning Management System (LMS), Learning Experience Platform (LXP) and digital technology that relevant and able to support and enhance learning eco-system within organization.WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?- Minimal Bachelor's Degree from any background (preferably Psychology)- 3-5 years' experience in end-to-end Learning & Development, including training needs analysis, learning program development & deployment (plan until execution), as well as learning data analysis for evaluation & improvement- Experience in digital learning activation, facilitating or delivering training, workshops, webinar (offline & online setup)- Good Analytical thinking, Problem Solving, and High drive for result- Good Interpersonal skill and ability to collaborate with both internal & external stakeholders, including more senior counterparts- Creative thinking & ability to support continuous improvement, campaign, and exciting communication materials- Excellent communication skill, both verbal (presentation, facilitation, moderating) & written, with proficiency in English.WHAT WE ARE OFFEROur success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
