Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Learning Design Specialist at JNE.
The Learning Design Specialist will be responsible for designing and developing learning materials, conducting research, creating graphics and visual content.
The Learning Design Specialist will collaborate with the Learning and Development team to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
Bachelor's degree in any major

Having knowledge of instructional design principles and learning theories

Good understanding of visual communication and multimedia design

Attention to detail and ability to work with data and information

Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus
