**How did it all start?**

Founded on March 15, 1991, in Surabaya as PT Anglomas International Bank (Amin Bank), the

bank was acquired by Tolaram Group and transformed to PT Bank Amar Indonesia (Amar Bank)

in 2014. It has then undergone a significant digital transformation to become one of the

country's forerunning fintech institutions through its award-winning digital lending platform,

Tunaiku.

**About the Position**:
The Amar Bank Learning & Development Intern is responsible for assisting in the fulfillment of company learning activities. The Learning & Development Intern will report to the Learning & Development Team, collaborate with other functions, and assist with Amar Bank's learning & development needs, as well as various other tasks as assigned.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the Learning & Development Team with various Learning Activities (Mandatory Training & Non-Mandatory Training).
- Involves and facilitates learning activities (such as becoming the training moderator and creating a Learning & Development program).
- Develops and maintains organization to ensure employees know of learning and development events and resources.
- Improve Learning & Development worksheet.
- Initiate new ideas on People Development programs.

**Requirements**:

- Required skills: Critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, planning & organizing, and data savvy.
- Fluent in English, both written and oral.
- Highly proactive and possess attention to detail.
- Willing to work for 3-6 months.
