As a Learning & Development (L&D) Manager, your primary responsibility is to create and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy for employees across an organization. This involves assessing employee training needs, designing training programs, and implementing them to ensure that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.**Responsibilities**:- Assessing learning and development needs- Work with department heads and other stakeholders to identify skill gaps and areas where employee development is needed.- Design and develop training programs that are tailored to meet the specific needs of different groups of employees.- Developing training materials, creating e-learning modules, or organizing instructor-led training sessions.- Responsible for implementing training programs and ensuring that they are delivered effectively.- Coordinating with trainers or instructors, setting up training schedules, and overseeing the delivery of training.- Evaluate training effectiveness and make any necessary adjustments.- Conducting post-training assessments and gathering feedback from employees- Monitoring employee performance to ensure that the training has had a positive impact.- Responsible for managing the budget for employee training and development. Negotiating contracts with external training providers, tracking expenses, and ensuring that the budget is being used effectively.- Responsible for developing and implementing career development programs that help employees grow in their roles and prepare for future career opportunities.- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in employee training and development.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Education, Human Resources, or Business Administration- Thorough knowledge of modern learning and development tools and technique- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Excellent people management skills- Demonstrated ability to develop interpersonal relationships- Positive attitude
