Create and update training content based on changing business needs, technological advancements, and industry trends.
Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, feedback from participants, and performance metrics. Continuously improve programs based on this feedback.
Incorporate e-learning platforms, learning management systems (LMS), and other technology tools to enhance training delivery and accessibility.
Assist employees in creating individual development plans and guide them in selecting appropriate training opportunities for their career growth.
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field. A master's degree might be preferred for more senior positions.
Previous experience in training, instructional design, or related roles is typically required
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in instructional design methodologies, including needs analysis, curriculum development, and training evaluation.
