Learning & Development Supervisor (Manufacture)

**About The Role**
A Learning and Development (L&D) Supervisor develops and implements learning strategies and designs e-learning courses. You will help to assess development needs, deliver training, and evaluate learning effectiveness to encourage a smooth transition within the organization for Manufacture Area.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and execute learning strategies and programs
- Supervise and Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
- Plan and Implement various learning methods within the organization (e.g. coaching, job shadowing, online training)
- Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops, and other training to support employee's growth in specific needs
- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
- Help managers/leaders develop their team members through career pathing

**Key Requirements**:

- 6+ years of experience in L&D or training area in manufacturing
- Proven experience as an L&D Supervisor, Training Manager, or similar
- Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
- Familiar with e-learning platforms and practices
- Experience in project management and budgeting
- Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen
- Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors
