**About the role**
This is a role that directly reports to our Head of LXD / Curriculum. You will support the team in overseeing the daily operations of LXD, including managing schedules, teacher coordination, and other critical administrative tasks.
What you will do
- Manage overall Edukita class operations and schedules, ensuring that all staffing requirements are met with the right student teacher ratios
- Act as the teacher assistant in class to flag and/or solve any technical issues
- Attend Edukita online classes and ensure a teacher arrives on time and is ready to teach
- Fill in paperwork for each class punctually
- Work collaboratively with our Head of LXD/Curriculum to ensure that class slots are always budgeted and that class ratios are maintained and safeguarded

- Excellent communication skills: Clear and concise communication is essential for interacting with teachers and other team members, as well as for addressing technical issues
- Strong problem-solving ability and capability of identifying and resolving technical issues promptly to ensure smooth class operations
- Strong attention to detail and is meticulous
- Motivated self-starter, able to work independently and to operationalize in an ambiguous environment
- Interest in working in a fast-growing, fast-paced environment, which often requires you to go beyond a job description
- Highly-collaborative attitude, team player, scrappy fast learner

The Senior Learning Experience Design (LXD) Associate will play a key role in taking this mission forward. The Associate will work together with the Team Lead (a former executive at Sekolah Cikal), Co-founders and other leaders in redefining how English could be taught to young learners, leveraging our existing curriculum.
