BTS's business is growing rapidly and we are breaking new grounds in the way we partner with our clients to deliver learning interventions.
To support this growth, we are looking for a specialist as an extended team of **Learning Journeys & Results Measurement** in Asia.
The function will primarily manage the execution of all complex learning journeys; typically consisting of solutions from different BTS practices such as Strategy Alignment, Leadership, Innovation, Coaching and digital solutions.
In addition, this function will also be driving the data collection and results measurement processes for all the learning journeys.
Both primary activities of the function are strategic drivers of growth for BTS in Asia.
Last but not the least, this function will also manage the relationship and resourcing of part time facilitators for global projects in Asia.

**Responsibilities include**
- Communicates effectively with the client and learning facilitators team to ensure delivery timeline of both online and offline learning activities are met.
- Leads the administration of online learning activities, such as online forum discussion, self-paced learning activities and post-classroom session learning reflections.
- Operate online learning workshops efficiently to ensure the overall delivery platform technicality are functioning based on workshops' requirement.
- Communicates effectively with the participants to ensure active level of participation and timely submission of all online activities throughout the journey.
- Coordinates with learning facilitators team, client and printing vendor to ensure that materials for classroom sessions are prepared and delivered on time.
- Communicates and coordinates remotely onsite program logistics requirement with the client including set up and break down of meeting rooms and AV equipment; and scheduling of special events and client activities.
- Organizes periodical review sessions between account managers, learning facilitators team and client.
- Lead all data collection and consolidation for learning impact measurement and review, including setting up online systems, engages participants to increase submission rates and generates reports for review meetings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases for client reviews and submissions.
- Work collaboratively with team members across BTS business practices and regions.
- Maintain a positive and professional image for efficiency, and effectiveness and collaborate openly and effectively with all key BTS internal stakeholders.
- Support in training delivery as digital support resources to enhance the participant experience during virtual delivery.
- Administratively manage and support certain aspects of office operations, in cooperation with local and regional team members.
- **Specialist**: 3 to 5 years of experience in managing large scale and/ or complex learning programs that encompasses use of digital learning platforms.
- Prior experience or knowledge of virtual learning or learning technologies will be looked upon favorably.
- Prior hands-on experience or working knowledge of learning impact measurement and reporting will also be an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work remotely with colleagues and clients.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa are required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with an authentic and confident presence that builds credibility and trust.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage ambiguous situations.
