Learning Partner Supervisor

Identify Training needs, working closely with Partners
- Create Training Need Analysis (TNA)
- Deliver training for Operational staff and Head Office staff
- Design and make the training module
- On-field training or do observation
- Do evaluation on Level 3
- Mobile to store based on area (Jabodetabek)
- Have 2 - 3 years of experience as a Trainer, preferable in the Retail, IT, Electronics, or equivalent
- Experienced in deliver training
- Bachelor's Degree in any major
- Fluent in English
- Willing to do work-traveling
- Interested in Digital / Smartphone / Technology
