Lease Section Head - Bsd

**Job Descriptions**:

- Prepare leasing strategy that covers lease plan, pricing, terms of payment, reward/commission for lease staff.
- Create networking activities to gain prospective tenants.
- Coordinate & coach lease staff to ensure target achievement.
- Create and analyze lease operational report and achievement progress.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree, preferably majoring in marketing communication / public relations / economics.
- Minimum 6 years or working experience in lease or sales, with minimum of 2 years of experience in the same position.
- Have Supervisory Skills.
- Knowledge in real estate & developer's lease best practice and wide network with property agents.
- Network with automotive industry players is a plus.
- Willing to be placed in BSD City.
