**Job Descriptions**:

- Marketing, canvassing, site presentations and site tours to prospective retailers/shopping center tenants.
- Monitor and ensure lease processes are within the determined timeline.
**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree from Any Major.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience as Lease Staff and Sales in shopping center/retail industry.
- Communicative, attractive, target oriented and have wide network.
- Computer literacy (Ms.Office).
- Willing to be placed in Surabaya.

Nominal Salary: To be agreed
