Draft and review draft Agreement in terms of cooperation or related to company business services to customer.
- Monitor and ensure the making and execution of an agreement in accordance with the applicable laws.
- Coordination with police, lawyer, and court

**Job Requirements**:

- Fresh graduate or 1-2 years experience are welcome
- Fluent in english, both written and oral
- Professional, good communicator, highly motivated and willing to do extra miles for more valuable experiences and knowledges.
- Placement in North Jakarta
