Legal And Corporate Secretary Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide legal assistance or advice for the benefit of the company including create, review all company legal agreements and documentation. As well as manage and administer all documentation.
- Provide report to the relevant authorities regarding agreements and legal matters.
- Responsible for company secretarial matters, including but not limited to facilitating governance in a circular manners, manage minutes etc.
- Coordinate with a notary and reporting to the relevant authorities regarding company deeds.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years' experience in related field.
- Hold WMI/WPPE/WPEE or another related certification is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Law or other related disciplines from a reputable University.
- Have logical and critical thinking processes to improve or establish new initiatives or challenge existing ones.
- Strong business sense, having a good understanding of industry, trends, and being attentive to detail.
- Able to work in a fast-paced regional-based environment.
- Have up-to-date knowledge of applicable regulations, especially in the capital markets industry and not limited to OJK Regulations, OJK Circulars and other capital market regulations.
- Strong written & communication skills, fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
