Department- Legal & Compliance- Job posted on- May 02, 2024- Employment type- Full Time**Position description**:We are seeking a Legal Associate to join the Pluang team.- As a Legal associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the company's adherence to legal and regulatory standards while providing comprehensive legal support to various business initiatives. You will be a crucial part of the team responsible for maintaining the company's legal integrity and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in Indonesia.**What you will be doing**:Prepare first drafts or first revisions of documents.- Maintain a contract database and organize executed versions of contracts.- Maintain proactive communication with all and each stakeholder in and outside the company.- Handling legal matters relating to financial products and services within the company- Assisting business team for current and upcoming project, and maintaining legal documents- Drafting and reviewing legal matters such as, nondisclosure agreement, memorandum of understanding, cooperation agreement and others- Ensure all legal documentation is clear, updated, and available.- Provide legal protection and services to a company.- Responsible for the general meeting of shareholders, annual reports, presentations, press releases and media monitoring.- Experience with M&A and Corporate Secretarial works will be advantageous.- Work directly with relevant stakeholders from end-to-end on partnership arrangements, new product launches, licensing and compliance matters, government relations and all other strategic legal matters.- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.- **What you need to be successful for this role**:- Minimum 3 years experience.
