**About The Role**
Legal Associate is responsible for handling day-to-day legal operations including legal support to the organization, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating contracts, managing legal risks and compliance, conducting legal research, and representing the company in legal proceedings.
**Responsibilities**:
1.** **Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various legal documents and agreements (e.g., vendor agreement, partnership agreement, strategic collaboration agreement, non-disclosure agreement, etc.) ensuring that the agreements align with the companys goals and protect the interests of the company.
2. Assisting in conducting legal research, legal advice, legal analysis, and assessment on legal and product matters.
3. Assisting in the process of successful product and business licensing to ensure compliance according to government regulations, such as enlistment of BPOM, SNI, ISBN, and Halal certification.
4. Assisting in the management of legal risk and compliance including licensing and reporting obligations when required.
5. Providing any legal support in relation to administrative requirements.
**Requirements**:
- At least Bachelors Degree in Law from a reputable University
- Having a minimum 2 - 3 years of working experience as an in-house legal or associate at a law firm.
- Proven experience in dealing with business licensing processes in the specific experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry is preferred.
- Possess the ability to effectively communicate and connect with others.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
- Demonstrate strong time management skills.
