As a Legal Associate, you will be responsible for handling client cases, conducting legal research, providing legal advice, and giving solutions to our client's legal issues. You will also handle issues related to dispute and mediation, such as court litigation, domestic/international arbitration, criminal or regulatory investigation, compliance and investigation, administrative review, and judicial review. You will also be responsible for going to places to solve our client's legal issues.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Drafting, reviewing, and finalizing required legal documents, notarial deeds, and agreements;
2. Giving accurate and timely legal advice according to client's needs;
3. Liaise or communicate with external parties (public authorities, counterparties, etc.);
4. Representing clients in legal proceedings (including in mediation, arbitration, judicial litigation, criminal investigation, etc.) and delivering subpoenas to relevant parties;
5. Helping complete due diligence reports and assisting with signing and closing stages;
6. Conducting legal research or investigations as required.

4. Able to empathize and communicate well with clients and respond rapidly to any possible complaints;
5. Highly ethical, discreet, and able to maintain confidentiality;
6. Conduct work with integrity and collaborate responsibly using agile project management method.

**Requirements**:
1. Have a strong commitment to perform given tasks and good flexibility in multitasking;
2. Possess sound logic, good interpersonal skills, and strong theoretical knowledge;
Bachelor/master's degree in law with a strong academic record from reputable university with min. GPA 3.00, fresh graduates can also apply;
3. Have both good knowledge and understanding of Indonesian laws and regulations;
4. Have both good communication and research skills;
5. Having PERADI license and willing to work outside of office to solve client's issues;
6. Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Rp5,000,000 - Rp8,000,000 per month

**Education**:
