Legal Associate (Perempuan)

Prepare, review, and analyze any contracts or legal documents.
- Maintain and organize all corporate legal documents.
- Update company policies and regulations in line with new government legislation.
- Provide legal advice to the company.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable university.
- At least 3 years of experience in corporate law (Corporate Legal / Notary Office).
- Strong knowledge of Corporate Law, contract drafting, General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS), and litigation.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in working with the OSS RBA System is essential.
- Experience in the Palm Oil Plantation industry is a plus.
- Willing to be based at the Head Office in Jakarta.
