Legal & Compliance Group Head

**Job Overview**:
The Legal and Compliance Group Head oversees all legal and compliance matters within the organization, providing strategic guidance and ensuring the company's activities are in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

**Your responsibility may include but not limited to lead our team to**:

- Providing reviews and legal views in the preparation of important company documents and ensuring the document legalization process runs successfully while complying with legal requirements and coordinate with external legal counsel in handling litigation matters as needed.
- Make necessary alignment on Legal and Compliance matters with OJK
- Collaborate with various departments to establish and enforce compliance policies and procedures
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management and the board on legal and compliance matters

**Qualifications**:

- Min. Bachelors degree in any major, is preferably from law and management also reputable university
- Preferably has experience in General Insurance Industry
- At least 12 years of working experience in the related fields especially at corporate and legal communications
- Deep knowledge of prevailing laws and regulations relating to the business activities of insurance industry
- Having strategic management skill, problem-solving abilities, and strong leadership
- Additional certification in Risk Management is a plus
- Fluent in English with both written and spoken
- In-depth knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence at all organizational levels
