**Paid Internship Program**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the registration process at OSS RBA
- Filling and doing administration things such as legal docs either hardcopy or softcopy
for example agreement, licensing, company legal document
- Doing research and update about new regulation in Indonesia and makin memorandum of it
- Responsible for processing the circulation Contract Review
- Generate letter requested by other division and Provide Legal admin support
- Ensure that the expiring term of the agreement is not missed and each cooperation agreement has complete legal document

**Requirements**:

- Student of Law (preferably on the last semester) or Fresh Graduate
- High enthusiasm in learning about corporate law
- Computer literate (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel & amp; Ms. Power Point)
- Creative, detail oriented, active, and self-driven person with good character of personalities
- Working Arrangement : Hybrid (WFH-Office)_
- Location : South Jakarta - Mega Kuningan_
